Power Mac 5400/200 No Keyboard

My school recently received a Power Mac 5400/200 without any keyboard our power cable. Being the computer nerd, I brought in a keyboard and one of my desktop power cables. I plugged it in and realized I had the wrong keyboard type, but flipped the switch anyway. I heard the screen flick on, but that was it. After doing some research, I learned that the power button is on the Apple ADB keyboard. Is there any way to bypass that and turn the system on without the keyboard?

To begin with, take a look at pp. 11-12 in the manual:

As you have discovered, this computer is intended for use with an ADB keyboard with a power key.

According to posts by a dtravis7 at http://www.mac-forums.com/other-hardware-and-peripherals/70348-powermac-5400-won t-power.html, a power key on the keyboard (or a remote control) is required with a 5400.

You should not have a problem locating an appropriate ADB keyboard (and, if necessary, ADB cable and mouse) via an online auction site.
