Change time to stand
How can I change the “time to stand” 12 hour frame? It wants me to stand up 6am to 6pm. I work nights.

The Stand goal period runs for 24 hours, starting from midnight every night - as also do the Move and Exercise goal periods.
It is not possible to change that time period.
To award Stand credit, Apple Watch aims to identify when you have stood up and moved around for at least one minute during any given hour. The credit can only be earned once within each hour of the day.
For the purpose of achieving your daily Stand goal, you need to achieve a minimum of 12 Stand credits within the 24 hours starting after midnight.
It is also not possible to change the Stand goal from 12 to a different number.
