Cannot login to iTunes on my PC - Windows 7. I know my ID and password but ID field only allows me to enter 5 characters. Message: "your apple ID has been locked for security reasons. Visit iForgot to reset your account https://iforgot.apple.com).
Logged in yesterday, successfully made a purchase and rec'd a purchase receipt. Please advise.

I could only enter 5 characters when entering my ID, then discovered my @ key was stuck on my PC keyboard. After cleaning, I was able to continue logging in. Apart from my faux pas, I learned some valuable info along the way. Thanks for your help Eric!
It asks random security questions which I can't answer.
Eric I was hoping for fix on my end but will contact support as a last resolve.
