Cannot login to iTunes on my PC.

Cannot login to iTunes on my PC - Windows 7. I know my ID and password but ID field only allows me to enter 5 characters. Message: "your apple ID has been locked for security reasons. Visit iForgot to reset your account https://iforgot.apple.com).

Logged in yesterday, successfully made a purchase and rec'd a purchase receipt. Please advise.
