NBC Sports App regularly crashes ATV

I've been watching the Olympics on NBC Sports app and the ATV regularly crashes.

ATV Software: 7.2.2 (8015)

NBC APP Freezes in the evening While watching NBC Nightly News the NBC app locks up at 18:12 every evening. On rare occasions it will recover but most times I have to unplug Apple TV to reset it. I have watched the broadcast while streaming on Xfinity with different devices and no disruption occurs; only on the Apple TV and only on the NBC app LIVE. Does anyone else seem to have this issue? Curious about the oddity of the timing. Something happens at that time which disrupts the data stream and causes the issue. I sure would like to zero in on the issue. Any advice is much appreciated.

Weather Channel app immediately crashes on my husband’s IPad Works fine on my iPad and iPhone. Have uninstalled rebooted and reinstalled three times but no luck. Is there anything else I can try?

ESPN app failure All apps work except ESPN. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app, turned off iPhone, even purchased a new iPhone! The app crashes immediately upon opening. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Same boat. I'm running the same model and software. Seems to always crash during commercial breaks - never any problems during actual content. Just tried to launch a highlights clip and both times, as the pre-commercial was ending and the content was supposed to load, it crashed.
