Phone number format changed after trip abroad

I'm just back from Brazil and almost all the phone numbers in my contacts have been changed to try to resemble Brazilian phone numbers. The only ones that were not changed are those that already had a county code included. How can I fix this without going through each contact and manually fixing it?

Editing contact I need to add country code to number ı opened the contact and press the edit. When I touch the number 1 number is delete it happened a lot of time

Check all settings under:

Settings > General > Language & Region

Try resetting the iPhone.

Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
