Hi.. I want to know why my 3D Touch is not function. I have upgrade the iOS 11.2.5. My device is also drop before. What is the problem with the device. I already check and turn on my 3D Touch but not still working.
iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.2.5, nothing to hide
If your settings are correct, it is very difficult to diagnose your issue remotely.
Also, if your device dropped, I suggest that you have it checked at the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.
