PowerBook Duo - sad mac error

Hello, I have a PowerBook Duo 230, from 1992.

When I turn it on classic mac logo appears, but after few seconds it return an error (0000000F and 00000001) with sad logo image.

I don't know if it's hardware or software problem.

Any suggestion for resolving?

Thank you so much guys

Macintosh PowerBook Duo 230: Technical Specifications

You may have solved this problem already. If not, do you have a PowerBook Duo floppy adapter and the external HDI-20 floppy disk drive (for 800K and 1.44 MB floppies)? See http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Manuals/powerbooks/0306074APB2 00UG.PDF (page 31). That would allow you check whether it is possible to start up from a boot floppy (such as Disk Tools for this computer, or a Network Access disk (http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English -North_American/Macintosh/Utilities/Network_Access_Disk_7.5.sea.bin).

With access to a PowerBook Duo MiniDock (page 30 in the aforementioned manual), one could additionally connect (for example) a SCSI Zip 100 drive for testing purposes.
