Pairing the sennheiser mm 550-x to my Macbook pro

Hello Apple Community!

I cannot seem to pair my Sennheiser MM 550-X to my Macbook Pro. I've check the other topics and they suggest checking the codec but if I hold ALT and press the bluetooth icon in the top right I do not get these options... And if I check for devices the headphone just won't show up. Even if I hold the bluetooth-button on the MM 550-X.

Can anyone help a brother out?

This may help I have a similar problem pairing the headphones with my iPad Air

what ever other devices you may have used with these go into Bluetooth settings and “forget” the headphones

now go back and try to pair with your MacBook Pro
