Gift code email no redeem button

Question

Gift code email no redeem button

I can not find any redeem button on my email gift card. I sent it to myself from my other email adress and now I got an email for a gift code on my apple ID email but i can not manage to redeem it. There is no redeem button on it or anything else to use. Also I can not find anything under the apple ID > Gift. I did get a an invoice and the email with the gift card on it. How can I do that now or at least cancel the order if I can not seem to use it.

You could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will credit your iTunes account with its value : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

What type of card did you buy ? If it's an Apple Store gift card it can't be redeemed onto your iTunes account, it can only be used in Apple's shops and their online store - if it has a pin code and card number it implies that's what it is. Have you printed it ?

If using a browser to open the email have you checked the browser's security settings and/or tried a different browser ? Or tried re-sending it to yourself ? To contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Unfortunately other browsers do not show a redeem button either. I do not know how to resend it to me since I sent it not with my apply ID but a normal email adress without logging in. Their is a button to go online or print the voucher and some PIN and card number but neither of those work to redeem the money.

Ahh **** thats probably it. I needed to get itunes credit not a gift card. Thats at least what I googled for and I thought what I bought. ****. So now I can only use this card in a store or online store....
