Iphone iMessage linked to an old number

Hi

iMessage is attached to my old number and can not activate in My new Iphone with a new line. I just have an Iphone, no other apple products.

I have done:

Log out from iMessage power off and restart.

Reset Networking.

Change apple id password.

Add my new number to my apple ID.

Chake region.

Phone nuember is ok.

Erase content and setting.

Restore as new iphone and doesn't link to my new number.

I receive sms from my carrier.

iphone with last uptdate.

My old phone number is being use with another apple ID and everything is ok with this apple id. The thing is my new iphone is attached to that old number.

Please help!!!
