Go through the Apple online support option and choose to make an appointment at the Genius Bar if that option becomes available. That way you can interact directly with a person.

Or, actually post relevant details about your phone and the problem and a volunteer user will try to help you.

And no, there is no 24/7 assistance available as far as I know (online support is always available of course, but that is not populated by humans I believe).

I believe support is country specific so most people work normal hours. While for certain things such as security issues there is 24/7 support, nobody is going to be opening an Apple Store at 3 in the morning to look at an iPhone. As already observed, online support such as this web site is available and 24/7 because it has helpers worldwide, but we're just other users like yourself and we can't do phone repair of the kind it sounds like you need.
