Why is my help screen displaying like this?

Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? The text is vertically down the page. I'd appreciate any help at all, thanks.....

Section breaks in Pages Whenever I insert a section break it skips a page, leaving a blank page between the end of one section and the beginning of another. Is that what it’s supposed to do? Can I change it?
