bought new iphone 8plus and iphone X along with new wireless charger. i was told it works with both phones through the plastic case. i cant see where it has charged my phones.

Any suggestions to make it work

Thanks for the good info and referral to the latest products available for wireless charging. After reading I don’t feel it’s worth the hassle of removing case just to be cool and charge wirelessly.
