Unable to remove BOOTCAMP partition, please help!

So, I've recently been trying to remove my bootcamp partition, but when I open Boot Camp Assistant, it shows me a message saying "The startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition". I also accidentally entered the wrong disk when trying to erase it through terminal, accidentally creating another partition and container that I want to get rid of. However, in disk utility, the extra partition is saying that I "can not remove this volume because the previous volume can not be resized". I'm super confused, and just want to return my disk back to a single partition, is this possible?

Dear Jey5
I have faced with this problem too 3 days ago. Now I can explain everything because I've tried everything available.
Well, you must have a Windows installation USB

1. Boot from USB

2. When you'll see a list of volumes and partitions in Windows installation, find a needed volume -->
(e.g. You have a 1TB disk, contains 750GB of MacOS, 250GB are free now - this is what you need, you can have the partition of any size)

--> and press Delete (with a red cross), agree with everything.

3. Boot to the Recovery mode

4. Find an "Unallocated" space on your disk

5. Press "-" -- delete this part

6. You're done, just be patient

Good luck,

Nikita
