Why you took from me 29.99 usd?

Nobody on here has taken any money from you, we are fellow user and these are user forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple - and obviously nobody on here can return any money back to you.

Assuming that you've gone through the page that you posted from and not found it on the purchase history of any account linked to the card, and that you've also decided that it's not an authorisation hold, you should be talking to the card issuer.
