Apple Server 5.5 Stats not displaying

Apple Server 5.5

Mac Pro running 10.13.3

System installed on one SSD

Data carried on second HDD

We have recently installed Apple's Server App 5.5 and it is working well. We use it for file sharing across a small office.

The only problem we have is that the 'Stats' window is not displaying anything.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or know of a fix ?

Speaking to Apple they thought the Stats graphs would appear after we had run the machine for a period of time but this has not happened...

Mac Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3), Server 5.5

Yes. I've had the issue before and here is what I did:

  • Open Finder and navigate to your startup drive.
  • Open /Library/Server/Metrics (might have to change permissions)
  • Delete the metrics.sqlite file (might have to change permissions)
  • Empty Trash
  • Restart

Stats should start showing after the restart time period
