transfer from Android phone to iPad pro
purchased an iPad pro and need to transfer my files and some apps to it from an Android phone (Samsung).

You can't transfer the actual apps, they are two different operating systems - if the developers have made iOS versions buy and download them from the App Store app on your iPad.
For your files, and depending upon what the iOS versions of the apps that you want to copy them to support, you might be able to use File Sharing in iTunes (About File Sharing on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support), or email, transfer via your wifi network, Dropbox etc.
