Pro Codecs PC

certain apps (Mocha specifically) on a PC use quicktime codecs. How can this pack be available on the PC end of things?

hvc1, AAC, mebx Codecs - iPhone X - El Capitan 10.11.6 Many years ago I downloaded a long list of codecs so I never had problems playing video from my iPhone X on my old MBP 5,1 running El Capitan. However I just installed a new SSD (clean install) and now I can no longer play video from my iPhone on my MBP. Of course I can't remember or find where I downloaded those codecs so many years ago. The iPhone X is using hvc1, AAC, mebx codecs, I'm assuming if I can download those codecs for Quicktime I would once again be able to play video on my MBP without downloading a 3rd party app. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Quicktime Player I have a 2009 iMac, 10.11.6 El Capitain and I need a link to upgrade my Quicktime player to play my home iPhone movies please. Thank you.

moviepkg and HLS Media files Is there a way to get moviepkg and HLS Media files I have downloaded to my iMac to show up on the computers app on the AppleTV 4K? They only show up in the purchased section of movies. If not, is there a way to convert them so they do?
