Just bought an iphone x.
I used the eject tool to open the tray to install the SIM card but the tray just sticks out a bit and there is no way to open it any further.
Any idea how I can solve this?
iPhone X, iOS 11.2.5

It is a pity that I cannot proceed with my new phone till after the weekend...... it looks a weak spot of $uch a complex device. Mmmmm
