Where to buy Quicktime 7 Pro really?

I've been searching online for the last hour to buy QuickTime 7 Pro for either OS(Mac or Windows). I have never seen so much confusion and run around. Does this product still exist? Trying to finish an online tutorial and of course get hung up on the first chapter since it says I need this program to complete my next task.

It redirects me to a page that has no real answers about how to buy/obtain a registration code.

Please advise.
