Apple Watch new calendar entry - missing reminder

When using Siri on the watch to create a new calendar entry, there’s no reminder by default. If I’m using Siri on my iPhone to create a new calendar entry a reminder is set as I have configured in my settings (5 minutes befor event). How can I change this to set a reminder for a new event created by Siri on my watch ?

Siri reminders not alerting me I set reminders on Siri on my watch 4 and it responds back confirming it understands my request. However, Siri does not alert me at the set time for the reminder. What am I doing wrong?

Doubled Reminders on Watch after WatchOS8 update I updated my iPhone (XR) to OS16 and my Watch (Series 6) to OS8 and now have all my Reminders and Reminder lists doubled on the Watch app (see photos below). This is creating a few problems: 1) I get each reminders popping up twice on my Watch (not a problem, just an annoyance) 2) Only one of each list on the Watch gets updated when I add reminders on my phone (one of them never changes) 3) If I add Reminders using Siri on my Watch, they are added on my Watch but NOT added to the Reminders list on my phone. This is where the real problem lies, as I really like the convenience of adding Reminders using Siri on my Watch but they are not nearly as useful if they live only on my Watch. I've searched the Forums and elsewhere on the web and haven't seen this issue mentioned elsewhere. Any help would be welcome!
