Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
When I go to listen to music or watch a video, the sound on my iPhone speaker isn't working. It works for my ringtone, but when I try to turn the volume up for music, it says that headphones are plugged in (when they are not). Can you help me with this?

Hmm, try inserting and reinserting the headphones several times.
