System Extension Blocked - No allow button

Hi. Since High Sierra, I have a lot of problem with some apps. I get the message

"System Extension Blocked"

When I click System preferences. I don't have this famous ALLOW button. Why ? This is really annoying. Please help.

System Extension Gets Blocked But There Is No Allow Button In System Settings I installed BlueStacks but when loading in it said that the system extension was blocked, but when I entered security and privacy and then general the allow button was not there. What can I do to solve this?

System Extension Gets Blocked But There Is No Allow Button In System Settings I installed BlueStacks into my computer and opened it. When it asked me to allow an extension it needed in order for it to be used, I went to system preferences to allow the extension but it wasn't there. This same thing also happened for malware bytes and a few other things and I couldn't figure it out. If anyone knows how to fix this, it would be very appreciated. Thanks!
