How to change the default color of Apple pen

Hello folks,

I have an iPad Pro. I regularly get dozens/hundreds of .pdf document sent to me. To make my notes easier to see/read, I write notes and comments in the in BLUE. So with each .pdf I open I have to change the color of the pen from black (default) to blue. It would be GREAT if I didn't have to make this color change each and every time I open a .pdf. Is there a way to change the default color or the pen to blue?

Thank you in advance.

Cheers.

David.

Not possible within the use of Apple’s own app/s.

If you use another third party PDF or notes app/s (most notes apps can open and edit PDFs) that is Apple Pencil compatible, the third party app may have settings for drawing/writing color that can stay set for another default color within the app.

There are many third party PDF and Notes apps that are Apple Pencil compatible in the iOS App Store.

Also, if you would like this feature to be added to Apple’s own apps in the future, you can post your feedback about this here.
