my watch is stuck in voice on mode and it will not shut off tgat function. will not accept the commands I did a hard restart but no results

Follow one of these steps to turn off VoiceOver:

• Quickly press the Digital Crown (the round button) on your Apple Watch three times in a row.
• On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > turn off VoiceOver.
• Or use Siri: use "Hey Siri" or press and hold the Digital Crown (round button) then say: “Turn off VoiceOver.”
