Activation Required

What do I do now? iPod touch is locked. Screen says Activation Required. I drained it, re-charged it. Now do I do to open it?

You need to remove the activation lock. See: Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

Try connect iPod touch to your computer iTunes and do a restore.
