Macbook Pro 13' delivery time

So I have ordered a Macbook Pro 13' with touch Bar and touch ID and have upgraded the SSD to 512GB, but no upgrade for CPU and RAM. Somehow it is not being recognized as a stand model so it will take 2 weeks for the delivery. But in fact, it is a standard model if I have chosen the most expensive model, which is exactly the same specs with the one I have purchased. So I suppose that my order should be delivered faster but one week has passed the macbook pro has not been shipped yet.

Why is this happening? They should have the model that I have purchased right in the store so they should be able to ship it right away. Are they really going to get a basic model and have its ssd upgraded, which is completely unnecessary? However, I am sorry for not looking at it clearly in the first place.
