I uploaded my podcast to iTunes last week. I know some people have listened to it on iTunes and I have a FB ad sending people to the iTunes link but iTunes connect - the podcast analytics section is saying there's not enough data to show me any analytics.
So I'm wondering do you need a minimum number of listens before you can get data or have I done something wrong with my set up?

Apple only displays data from users who agreed to share their diagnostics and usage information with providers. This is as unfamiliar to me as it is to you. However I had a look at it - this is how it's supposed to work: it doesn't take you to your homepage. Get signed into Podcasts Connect if necessary. Then go to
https://podcastsconnect.apple.com/analytics
This should take you to a page like this:
Click the image for the show to get the Overview (mine is blank): or click the 'Episodes' link above and you should see this:
I can only suggest you contact Podcasts Support. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

Thanks for your response. I don't understand how you need more than five unique devices to play the content for the data to be displayed. It makes me think Podcast Analytics really isn't worth much to a podcaster?

It's of relatively limited use because people - like myself - who aren't on the latest iTunes because they are using an older system, and similarly with iPhones - won't register. However bearing in that in mind, it has its uses, though I don't know how well it works.
I sign on to podcast analytics and instead of it going to my homepage Falling Uphill: a podcast by Matt Elzweig on Apple Podcasts it brings me to a page to connect a new podcast Get Started with iTunes Connect. How do I get my stats? Thanks.
Did not work. After I signed in, I put the podcasts connect URL into the address bar, it took me back to the sign in page, made me sign in again and brought me back to this page Get Started with iTunes Connect
