IBM Verse Account Setup Failed

Hi everyone.. I installed IBM Verse on my iPhone 6s running IOS 11.2.2. After installation I put my username, password and company server, a message pop up that "Account Setup Incomplete Unable to connect to the server because its certificate is not trusted". Please help.!!! Thanks
