How do I remove available updates from App store if I don't want them?
You don't.
You can ignore them, but they will remain in the updates section of the App store until you choose to install them.

Sometimes you can stop app updates from bothering you by hiding the app purchase.

Thanks for response. I don't mind them being in App Store, but can't stand message that comes up on my desktop that asks me to "install" or "be reminded tomorrow" that I didn't install them.
