Why? Apple doesn't read here for feedback. If you want to complain to Apple that your favorite holiday has not been included on the calendar, use the feedback page:

I know I'm going to put up a big fuss over the lack of Saturnalia. It's really appalling that it isn't on the calendar.

I'm subscribed to US Holidays, running 11.2.6 on my iPhone and High Sierra 10.13.3 on my Mac. No Easter for me but April Fool's day and coffee shops are more my speed.
