how to download text tones and alert tones

I purchased a few text tones, alert tones, and ring tones using our Apple ID on my iPhone X. I would like to download these tones onto my MacBook Pro, but I can't seem to get this done.

If I've already purchased text tones, alert tones, and ring tones, then how do I download them onto my MacBook Pro?
