order dvd of High Sierra

Not long after upgrading to High Sierra my hard drive went up in smoke how can I order a DVD of High Sierra so I can put it back together again

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

You can't. High Sierra is not available on physical media, only as a digital download.

You can use Recovery or Internet Recovery which does not depend on the hard drive, to re-install High Sierra on your Mac, or the OS version it came with from Factory.
