Hi, I have an iPhone running iOS 9.3.5. I received it from a friend who didn’t have a use for it, i put it into recovery mode and factory reset the phone, upon doing that it put me through the normal “iPhone setup procedure“ until I got to a screen that asked me to enter the apple id information for the friends email. She said she does not remember the password or the security questions. Is there anyway I can get passed this or is it a lost cause?
