You can't, not until if/when Apple open iTunes in Myanmar or you move to a country that already has an iTunes Store (you have to be in a country to use its store, so you can't use another country's store). You will either have to buy music on CDs and copy them via your computer's iTunes, or find a different music download purchase site that can be used there.
