How do I redeem free fandango movie rentals applied to my Apple ID?

A customer service agent from Apple - iTunes added 2 free movie rentals from fandango onto my Apple ID account. When trying to redeem, like you would anything through iTunes/App Store, it only gave me the option to take a picture or manually enter a redemption code. I do not have a code. I have no idea how to even access the free rentals. The App Store redeem page did not recognize I have the free rentals.

When creating an online account with fandango, using the same email as my Apple ID, it also did not recognize that I had the free rentals. Also, logging into my Apple ID online did not work nor help point me in the right direction

Sooo, my question is how and where do you access and/or redeem the free rental applied to your Apple ID?
