Ipad locked under 3.....qq.com.

I have used this ipad for 3 years with no problems until 2 weeks ago. Woke up one morning and it was under activation lock by 3.....qq.com. Not my apple id and never has been. It looks like a chinese email and I have seen many others locked with this address or maybe a different number. Has anyone had this problem and what did you do? I have talked to apple support but they act like it has never happened and wont help me because I dont have a proof of purchase from 3 years ago.
