How to download Facebook without credit card

select on "none" as your payment option

once your done download again the Facebook Application

if your still having issues call contact iTunes support iTunes - Official Apple Support

If you have already set up the Apple account, then you have to put in a valid form of payment before you can change it to a None option. You can put the Credit or Debit card info in, verify it, then select the None option as outlined in this article: Create or use your Apple ID without a payment method - Apple Support

If it still is requiring a payment method after you have successfully changed your method to None, then you can put an iTunes Gift Card on the account.

If the Apple ID is already set up, then you cannot select "None" until you put a credit or debit card in the payment info:
