Replacement phone already unlocked?
I received a replacement phone from Apple store since the issue wasnt fixed, so my question is. Are those replacement phones unlocked? Can I use them with any carrier?
Your replacement iPhone will normally have the same carrier-lock status as the original. If you accidentally get one which is locked to a different carrier, or a locked one as a replacement for an unlocked one, contact Apple.
