Pages won’t open on ipad

I updated my new iPad to the latest operating system, and now when I open pages it can’t load documents. The documents flash on the screen a couple of times, then says “can’t load documents”. I can’t open a new document or do anything. I have closed the app several times, and I have deleted and reloaded the app.

Any help appreciated.

iPad Pro Wi-Fi, iOS 11.2.6

Hey amelia1414,

If I understand correctly, The Pages app will not open new or existing documents. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. There are still a few other steps you can try that may be able to help I would recommend you read this article and use it to help troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks, but I saw that article and have tried all of those things multiple times. Any other ideas?
