HELP

My clicked a link to a movie and it automatically took me to a page that popped up a sound to call the number because my MacBook had a virus that would lead to hackers having my info and when I try closing it it would not let me until I opened something new on the search bar when I tried returning to safari it would not let , WHAT DO I DO
