Can't reinstall Pages, Keynote, Numbers

Due to some issues with my versions of command line tools, Python etc., I decided to reinstall macOS Sierra onto my Macbook Pro (2016 model with touchbar). But when I installed from the bootable USB, I ended up installing macOS High Sierra onto my machine. The OS is working for me but in this process, I realised I lost Pages, Numbers and Keynote from my mac. I read online that I could go to the App Store and reinstall these from my Purchases tab. But whenever I try to this, it shows me 'Pages failed to download. Use the purchases page to try again.' This keeps happening for all three whenever I try this, and my App Store purchases for these 3 now look permanently like they do in the photo attached.

When you perform a clean install, the Apple ID associated with the download of High Sierra, and its subsequent, bootable USB stick, becomes the dominant Apple ID on first boot — unless you configure your Apple ID from the previous installation that was associated with Pages, Numbers, and Keynote in the Mac App Store.

It looks like you are using the wrong Apple ID than what these applications were originally downloaded, or the Mac App Store is being rude due to some internal error on that end. There is no stored Mac App Store history on your clean installation that may also be compounding this issue.
