How can I escalate a service realted problem of my iphone X

I bought and Iphone x, witin a week the screen stopped working. So, i went to the service centre there they took it and almost after 8-9 days they gave me a replacement stating that it is a new phone we are replacing with.

The new phone that they gave me had a problem with battery, I we t back to them and told them they checked the phone and said system is showing battery is fine but we will keep the phone with us for observation. Then the next day they said that we have sent the phone to our repair centre and we will het back to you. After one week they told me that the phone is ready when I went back they told me that the screen, speaker and battery everything is being replaced. When I argued with them that you told me it was a new phone then how cpme there were so many problems, they said this is our standard procedure and forced me to take the phone.

I have contacted the apple support on phone here in India they all are simply trying to cover the issue. I want to contact someone at a higher level because I want them to replace my phone or I want to go public with this ki d of behaviour of apple. Is there a way I can tag them and let people know how they are cheating the customers ?
