Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have a Samsung Tizon TV and my Apple TV turns on randomly and turns everything on.
When I put the apple to sleep it turns off the TV, Surround sound like it should, but then after 5 seconds, the Apple TV white light turns on and sometimes turns on everything.
Apple TV 4K, iOS 11.2.6
The Apple TV is picking up on network activity and coming out of sleep mode, the others are turning on via HDMI CEC.
Are you on wifi? Have you tried ethernet?
Run a diagnostic report from istumbler, netstumbler or similar. Look for signal strength, nearby networks.

I use Disney Circle , and that seems to interact with it.
