I just purchased a Dell E2318HR touch screen monitor to pair with my Macbook Pro. I'd assumed this would work fine, but have been unable to locate any drivers, and information is scant. Is there any legit way to get a touch screen monitor to work?

... lack of mention of MacOS (any version) tells you that the extended features (such as touch screen) are not supported on MacOS.
Apple computers do not have touch screens why would you assume their operating system would support touch screens?
Thanks, Grant. There's a page on Delldrivers that lists Mac OS X but, clearly, that isn't the case. So, is this not something I can do? Seems kind of unreal, I'd just assumed the support would be there.
Dell has a lot of different stuff with wildly variable support for the Mac.
