not ios that is only for devices with arm cpus like phones and ipads
but macOS should show up a long side of Bootcamp in that list
try rebooting and holding down option if macOS also do not show up in the bootloader there like this photo

then you killed the osx partition when you installed bootcamp and need to reinstall macOS
Check the output of the following macOS Terminal command.
diskutil apfs list
If it returns any output, except the iMac Pro Windows installations, no other Windows installation can see APFS file systems.
If you are running High Sierra, depending on your Mac model, you may not be able to see macOS as a selection. Also, see How to switch between Windows and macOS in macOS High Sierra - Apple Support .
