Even Smaller Apple Watch

Not sure which forum to post this question to. My wife has really small wrist and even 38mm is bigger on it. As a result, the watch edges go out of the wrist making it look bulkier. Also, the heart rate probably doesn't give right count. Is there a way to get around it so that she can use it? Or even better, maybe Apple planning an even smaller size watch ? Thanks
