Loss of manual editing feature in iTunes 12.7.

There have been a host of posts on this issue already, but none of the solutions help me. I am a fitness instructor and need to organize my playlists on the fly. With the loss of manual editing it seems the ONLY way I can reorganize, to the order I need, is to build a new playlist from scratch (sorting by Group, Genre, etc. does not help). Such manual rebuilding is time consuming, frustrating and error prone; try doing this 5 minutes before teaching a room full of students if you dare!

PLEASE Apple, listen to your customers and restore the manual feature. There are tens of thousands of fitness instructors in the US who share my plight and would thank you for the return of manual editing.

Put your playlist in the Songs view. Select the heading of left-most column of numbers to sort on it. This is the Play Order. Drag new content from other areas of the library and drop them onto the playlist in the sidebar. Select the playlist and drag songs up or down the list, or remove, as required. In short you can still edit playlists as before, even if the tools are slightly different. You can also open a playlist in a separate window if that helps.
