Planning to buy Mac Book Pro 15"(2017) or should i wait for 2018

Hello Apple Users,

I am a big fan of apple and using apple mobile and Ipad products since last 5 years.
Planning to buy a mac book pro. This is for my personal use.

Confused on 13 inch or 15 inch. After seeing all specs decided to go with 15 inch (Open for rethinking to go back for 13 inch)

Usually a day for my personal use.

1. usually work for 6 hrs a day.
2. Web browsing (15-20 tabs)
3. IDE ( 1 or 2)
4. Coding
5. Ms office
6. More personal use (storing all my data).

I am thinking to use this for next 4 years.

Folks please suggest me good specs and also a 13" or 15".
Appreciate your time for going through my kiddish questions and your valuable time.
It will be a big help if some one suggests me.
