iPhone problems please help!!!!

I had the IPhone 7. Well I recently got the iPhone X which is great. But I gave my grandpa my iPhone 7 and it won’t let me log out of my iCloud. I’ve looked up everything I could and tried everything but it just won’t work. I’ve even tried to reset the phone but it would work. It keeps saying that it can’t sign out because of the find my iPhone. It’s verry irritating and I need help fixing this problem.

I understand that you're unable to sign out of iCloud on your old iPhone, and it seems to be because of Find My iPhone. I'm happy to provide some help for this issue.

First, restart your iPhone:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you're still unable to sign out of iCloud after this, try removing your device from Find My iPhone first using one of the processes in the article below:
